Consultations are conducted via phone or virtual platforms (i.e. Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet). You acknowledge the inherent limitations of remote services.

Because of these limitations, you agree that:

• You have seen your primary care physician in person within the last year
• Any serious medical conditions have been ruled out by appropriate medical professionals

New Client Consultations may include a comprehensive health plan if recent test results are provided. Laboratory testing may be recommended to further assess your concerns.

8. Products & Supplements Policy

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All products are provided for educational and wellness support purposes only. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for its use and any outcomes that may result. We make no guarantees regarding individual results. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, dietary, or wellness protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. The seller, manufacturer, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any products.

9. Lab-Read Fees

Any recommended lab test sourced outside of our clinic and brought back to us to review and base a protocol on will have a $299 lab read fee.

10. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, HSA/FSA, digital checks, Venmo, and PayPal
• Card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee
• Any PayPal processing fees are the responsibility of the client

If no response is received within 15 days after an appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for applicable consultation fees.

All orders must be prepaid. Prices are subject to change without notice.

11. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.

• Supplements and test kits are non-returnable
• Exceptions apply only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received
• Defects or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt

Test Kits

• Must be completed and returned within three (3) months of purchase
• No refunds, credits, or exchanges after this period — including unused kits

Authorized Returns

• Subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Unauthorized returns are also subject to a 25% restocking fee

Backorders are not automatically canceled and must be requested by the customer.

Products purchased from resellers must be returned through the original seller.

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Tracking numbers are provided when available
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
• International orders ship with duties and taxes unpaid
• You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes

Declared value reflects full retail price, regardless of discounts.

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or failed deliveries.
